BLENDER LAZY RETOPOLOGY First make an outline of quads in major flow areas, then grid fill, use knife anywhere to make sure you have even edges for grid fill to work, dont worry if you have triangles. Just use 1 level of subdivision and the triangle is automatically cut up into quads. Simple, will add pics later with better explanation.
